I'd like to work a bit on questions again!
Let's see, firstly, the simplest questions: those which can be answered with yes/no.
As seen earlier, when talking, you'd mainly recognize a yes/no question for the intonation since the sentences don't change. You'd also need an inverted question mark in the beginning.
Example: "A Sandra le gusta la zumba" --> Sandra likes Zumba
"¿A Sandra le gusta la zumba?" --> Does Sandra like Zumba?
